The second youth exchange within the framework of the accreditation took place from 3 to 9 July 2023 under the name Let’s Focus on Focus. The essence of the exchange program was to convince young people to use their phones, mobile applications and social networks as little as possible, or not at all. We emphasized the importance and maintenance of personal relationships and the time that needs to be spent without electronics, e.g. in nature. We warned about the dangers lurking on the Internet and also focused on the topic of cyber-bullying. We introduced activities to increase attention and concentration, while avoiding phones.

The main objectives of this youth exchange were:
– taking a break from electronic devices such as smartphones, computers and social media platforms
– paying attention and focusing on the important things around us, avoiding phones
– strengthening personal relationships
– reducing digital bullying
– learning about cultural diversity

A total of 44 young people participated in the project. They were Spanish (7+1), Latvian (8+1), Polish (7+1+1) and Slovak participants (17+1).
