The 4th youth exchange entitled "Road to success" took place from 11-16.3.2024, and was attended by 44 young people aged 15-18.

The aim of this youth exchange was to provide participants with knowledge that will help them successfully establish themselves in the labor market.

The objectives of the 4th youth exchange were:

– improving effective communication
– improving assertiveness
– strengthening and developing personal competencies
– successfully writing a CV, motivation letter, business card
– strengthening European identity among young people
