The project was prepared in 2019 with foreign partners and with the involvement of local youth. Due to the Covid situation, we managed to implement a youth exchange in September 2022. The youth exchange took place from September 9 to 16, 2022 in Veľké Kapušany with participants from Spain, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary and Estonia.

The essence of the youth exchange is the presentation of traditional games, which were summarized in a brochure, they compiled the brochure using canva.com, thereby learning to work with canva, a free graphic design program.

The following programs were implemented at the youth exchange:
– Ice-breaking games
– Team-building games
– Reflection
– Discussion and debate on the topic: Traditional or digital games?
– Each team presented 5–6 traditional games
– The teams created a brochure presenting the traditional games from their countries, including detailed descriptions, gameplay, and rules. This became the final product of the project.
– Leisure-time program: visit to a historical and folklore festival at Borsi Castle. Participants also visited the permanent interactive exhibition at the castle.
