Many people are not aware of how their everyday activities impact the environment, yet small actions collectively make a significant difference. The exchange encouraged participants to adopt an environmentally responsible mindset and to take active steps toward protecting their surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme included a wide variety of activities: outdoor movement sessions, hiking, healthy eating workshops, and engaging group challenges. Throughout the exchange, participants worked in international mixed groups on environmental topics. They discussed the environmental challenges faced in their local communities and collaboratively searched for creative solutions.\nIn the creative workshops, the groups designed and built \u201cgreen solutions\u201d using recycled materials, connecting the outcomes to what they had learned in previous sessions.
