The experience provided valuable competences that increase their employability and better prepare them for the future labour market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Activities and Outcomes\nDuring the exchange, participants took part in a variety of interactive workshops and practical sessions designed to strengthen their personal and professional skills.
