The exchange involved participants from <strong>Hungary, Poland, Latvia and Slovakia<\/strong>. The Hungarian group consisted of 8 participants, the Polish group of 12, the Latvian group of 9 and the Slovak group of 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The project was a continuation of the <strong>Digital Diet<\/strong> youth exchange from 2018. The <strong>Digital Diet 2.0<\/strong> programme focused on the issue of <strong>digital addiction<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The main objective of the youth exchange was to motivate young people to reduce their use of mobile phones, various apps and social media platforms. The intention was to stress the importance of personal relationships and the necessity of spending time in nature.
