{"id":1547,"date":"2026-05-06T12:42:00","date_gmt":"2026-05-06T10:42:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.luminosus.sk\/?p=1547"},"modified":"2026-07-15T13:29:56","modified_gmt":"2026-07-15T11:29:56","slug":"druhy-trening-asertivnej-komunikacie-pre-mladych","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.luminosus.sk\/en\/druhy-trening-asertivnej-komunikacie-pre-mladych\/","title":{"rendered":"Our Second Assertive Communication Training for Young People \ud83c\udf31"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the spring of 2026, we organized for the second time <strong>assertiveness training<\/strong> for young people, building on the great success of the first training, which took place in August 2025. \ud83c\udf31<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Once again, the program was led by psychologists Hack Orsolya Hanna and Ker\u00e9kgy\u00e1rt\u00f3 Csenge No\u00e9mi, who designed a well-structured, step-by-step training program. Participants started with interactive icebreaker activities before learning the fundamentals of verbal and non-verbal communication, as well as the characteristics of assertive, aggressive, and passive communication styles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout the training, participants developed their self-expression skills through various practical exercises, role-playing activities, and group discussions.
