In August 2026, Bodrogkereszt\u00far, Hungary, hosted the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange \u201cInclusive Minds, Healthy Lives.\u201d The project brought together young people from Slovakia, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Hungary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Throughout the week, participants explored mental health, emotional wellbeing, healthy lifestyles and social inclusion. Through non-formal education, team-building activities, role-plays, discussions and reflection, they explored how to better understand their own needs, take care of their wellbeing and become more aware of the people around them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Creating a safe and supportive group environment was an important part of the exchange. Participants also had the opportunity to learn about each other's cultures and gradually build new international friendships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The programme included a trip to Tokaj, where the group travelled by sightseeing train and enjoyed a boat trip together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The exchange was filled with learning, new experiences, friendships and unforgettable memories.
