In the spring of 2026, we organized for the second time assertiveness training for young people, building on the great success of the first training, which took place in August 2025. 🌱
Once again, the program was led by psychologists Hack Orsolya Hanna and Kerékgyártó Csenge Noémi, who designed a well-structured, step-by-step training program. Participants started with interactive icebreaker activities before learning the fundamentals of verbal and non-verbal communication, as well as the characteristics of assertive, aggressive, and passive communication styles.
Throughout the training, participants developed their self-expression skills through various practical exercises, role-playing activities, and group discussions. They also learned how to consciously apply assertive communication techniques and acquired effective conflict resolution strategies.
It was a great pleasure to see the young participants once again engage actively, openly, and enthusiastically throughout the training, and to hear that they found the experience both valuable and useful.
The training was implemented with the support of the National Cooperation Fund (Nemzeti Együttműködési Alap ) and the Government of Hungary.
