The young participants learned what mental health is and why it is important to feel good mentally. They understood that our mental health contributes to being happier. They learned what stress is, how it can be managed, what stress management techniques exist and what diseases stress can cause.

Through the creation of posters, the young people pointed out the stress factors that affect them as students. They also discussed what we can do to maintain good mental health.

They learned what stress means and how, once they recognize it, they can apply stress management techniques such as meditation, gardening, spending time in nature or wellness activities. They also gained practical experience in time management and setting realistic goals.
