🇬🇧 Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "Together We Can Change the World" has come to an end!

It took place between 5-12 July in Olkusz, Poland

Our organisation was represented by seven young people, who gained valuable experience and unforgettable new memories.

For one unforgettable week, young people from 🇵🇱 Poland, 🇮🇹 Italy, 🇱🇻 Latvia and 🇸🇰 Slovakia came together in Olkusz to explore one important question: How can we better support young people's mental health and well-being.
